ORDERING:

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, USING THE SHOPPING CART, WE DO NOT TAKE ORDERS THROUGH EMAIL.

Payment emails/invoices and notifications will automatically be sent to you upon submission. Email clients such as Hotmail and AOL tend to send these to your spam/junk folder, so we advise adding our email addresses to your contacts list to avoid this from happening. Please DO NOT use email clients Yahoo or iCloud, as you may not receive any response from us at all!

Order Status’s:

”Pending” – Order has been placed, awaiting payment.

“On Hold” – Payment has been submitted to us.

”Processing” – Payment has been received by us.

”Complete” – Order has been shipped.

Upon ordering and receiving payment details, you have 48 HOURS to complete your payment submission, past this point your order may no longer be valid.

Question: I placed an order, but I forgot to add an item – can I add it to my cart?

If your order status is still ‘Pending’ and you haven’t completed payment for the order, then we can add items to your order, if such items are available. You must wait for us to confirm the items have been added before you complete payment.

If your order is ‘On Hold’ or ‘Processing’ then we cannot add anything to your order, or make ANY amendments whatsoever!

WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!

 


SHIPPING:

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED 48 HOURS AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED!

We cannot be held accountable if incorrect or insufficient shipping information was provided. Be sure there are no Typing Errors. Once your order is confirmed you CAN NOT change or request for it to be shipped to a different address.

SHIPPING FEE – £15-20 (Tracked) per Warehouse Meaning: each warehouse has its own shipping fee. If you pick products from two warehouses, you pay shipping fee of each warehouse. We recommend choosing products from one warehouse to save on the shipping fees. 

We ship to ALL international destinations and provide all international orders with tracking numbers, provided you have selected the tracked option. The tracked option will either be INTERNATIONAL TRACKED or INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED, which you will have a choice of when checking out. 

We advise countries like Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, West Coast USA and Brazil to use the REGULAR AIRMAIL option, as this method tends to have the highest rate of success in clearing customs. However this is your choice! We also advise these countries to select the ‘Stealth’ shipping option when checking out.

Depending on your location you can expect to receive your order anywhere between 1-12 working days. Below is an estimate of how long you will wait once your order has been shipped (excluding busy holiday periods):

UK: 4-8 working days. 

Western Europe: 4-8 working days

We have an excellent success rate in clearing customs and we will always do everything possible to ensure you receive your order, however we DO NOT under any circumstances take responsibility for Customs seizures! We also do not take any responsibility for delivery’s damaged, delayed or lost by international postal services outside of the UK. We keep all shipping certificates filed for 60 days, we also keep order photos and shipping logs filed for 60 days. You can at any point request to see any of these records within 60 days of shipping.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK IF YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YET! YOUR ORDER STATUS WILL BE UPDATED TO ”COMPLETE” ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION EMAIL. AFTER THIS POINT WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDER!

 


PAYMENTS:

PAYMENT SUBMISSIONS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 48 HOURS!
Do not place an order unless you intend to complete payment within 48 hours.
Once you have received payment instructions you will have 48 hours to complete your payment. If the order remains unpaid after 48 hours we may cancel your order at any time. If this happens then you will need to reorder, at which point there is a possibility that not all of the products you had originally ordered are still in stock.
We are very lenient with this 48 hour rule, if you feel you might need extra time to complete your payment then you can simply contact us asking for extra time and we will grant you an extra 48 hours.

WE CURRENTLY ACCEPT BITCOIN, MONEYGRAM, WESTERN UNION AND BANK TRANSFER!
PayPal is currently not available, but we may offer this payment option to regular customers. DO NOT request this payment method unless you have at least FIVE previous orders with us. You can leave a comment at checkout requesting for PayPal or Credit/Debit card payment option and we will provide you with the details if you are eligible!

WESTERN UNION & MONEYGRAM
If using Western Union or MoneyGram as payment method, then please bare in mind that we may ask you to send the payment to another country other than the UK. This does not change the fact that the order will still be sent from within the UK. You cannot request which country the payment is sent to.

MINIMUM ORDER?
There is NO minimum order! You can order as much or as little as you like from us! 

I advise ALWAYS using your real information when paying. In any event a payment issue arises, chances are you will not be able to get refunded if you purchased under a fake alias. Western Union or MoneyGram receivers can get blocked/blacklisted from collecting payments through Western Union or MoneyGram, this can happen at any time and we have no control over this. We regularly rotate receiver names to prevent this from happening, but there is still a small chance it could happen at any time even with the measures we have in place.


ABOUT YOUR ORDER:

Question: I got my order, but it’s short two vials?

We will only accept claims if the package is pictured in its original packaging. Once you break the seal of it, consider it voided and tampered. We photograph every order prior to shipping by number and keep a record for our own assurance.

Question: Damaged products?

If your order arrives with broken tabs, vials etc – we cannot be held responsible for the mistreatment of packages by the courier. No refunds will be issued. You agree to this when ordering with us. However, the past has proven pose a very very small percent of cases as such given our superb packaging.

Question: Will my pack be noticeable or look suspicious?

No, your package will look no different if you were to order off any online website i.e. Amazon, Ebay etc. We take great pride in your security as well as our own. We also offer a ‘Stealth’ shipping option (recommended for international customers).

We can take slightly longer to reply to inquiries on weekends and holiday periods.
